My love of horses started early and remains with me to this day. My parents like to say that by age 3 I was crawling around in the backyard acting like a horse. They took note, and I was lucky enough to start riding lessons when I was 10. I began working for various trainers as soon as I could drive. I learned the art and science of horse training from incredible dressage trainers, jumpers, and eventers. While my early background focused primarily on dressage and included showing and competing, I began my first business in 1995 and quickly built a name for myself as someone who could work with all types of horses and all types of horse owners. It didn’t take long before I expanded into western disciplines, primarily Reining and Sorting. Eventually, I opened a boarding facility where I lovingly cared for all of my “tenants” as though they were my very own.
