Hi. I’m Latifa.

I’ve been a realtor since 2019, and past clients have called me thorough, patient, and consistent. It’s high praise, and I’m grateful, but those traits don’t often come naturally. I trained horses for over 20 years and built a reputation as the trainer that could teach even the most apprehensive animals to become top performers-either for competition or as a cherished member of a family. You can likely imagine that turning a distrustful animal into one that is gentle and has learned to listen takes an equal mix of patience, consistency, and commitment, matched with a calm demeanor. Success can only be built on the foundation of a trusting relationship. That's what I bring to real estate. Buying or selling a home can be emotional and stressful. I understand that and have become known for gently and patiently guiding clients through the process. It’s what I've always done, and I can do that for you, too. It's true that I have degrees, credentials, and experience. But at the end of the day, what you want most is a transaction that exceeds your goals without causing undue stress. As it turns out, I’ve been training for that my entire career.
